Hardcover yearbook with a photo cover

The yearbook is the one print job everyone will keep — and the one with a deadline that cannot move. Presentation night doesn't wait, and neither do we. When we quote your yearbook, the quote includes a guaranteed delivery date, worked backwards from your event with margin to spare.

You send us your finished pages (or your near-finished pages — we'll sanity-check them for print), approve one proof, and we handle everything after that: printing, binding, boxing and delivery to your front office or mailing to families. Plain-English advice the whole way — we'll talk about paper thickness and stapled or hard spines, not jargon.

How we do it

Behind every job sits our production network — capability at a scale a single school could never justify owning, available to you one project at a time.

Data management

We tidy your mailing list before a single page prints — formatting, de-duplication and clean-up, address validation against Australia Post's own address database, and change-of-address updates.

Printing

Digital print for small runs, sharper pricing on volume. Full colour or black and white, personalised to each recipient or generic — letters, booklets, magazines, posters and more.

Mail processing

Folded, inserted, wrapped — untouched by anyone at your office. Barcode-matched inserting keeps multi-piece personalised mailings together, and magazines can be plastic-wrapped with a compostable option.

Lodgement & delivery

Lodged in bulk with Australia Post — postage discounts passed on — across every mail category from letters to Print Post, Charity Mail and parcels. Or delivered anywhere in Australia by courier.

Yearbooks & school magazines — common questions

Can you guarantee delivery before our presentation night?

Yes — that's the point of how we quote. Tell us your event date and we work the whole schedule backwards from it: proof date, approval date, print window and delivery, with buffer built in. The delivery date is written into your quote.

What does a school yearbook roughly cost in Australia?

It depends on three things: copies, pages and cover. As a guide, a softcover A4 yearbook of around 80–100 pages typically lands in the $12–$25 per copy range at school quantities, and hardcover roughly $10–$15 more per copy. Send us your numbers and you'll have an exact AUD price within one business day.

We only need 80 copies — is that too small?

Not at all. Digital printing makes small runs affordable, and plenty of primary schools order 50–150 copies. There's no minimum that locks you out.

What file do you need from us?

A print-ready PDF is ideal, exported from whatever you designed in — Canva, InDesign, Word or a yearbook tool. If you're not sure your file is right, upload it with your quote request and we'll check it for free before you commit.

Can you mail yearbooks directly to families?

Yes. Give us your address list and we'll pack and lodge each copy with Australia Post in bulk, with the postage discount passed on to you. Handy for families who've moved schools or missed the night.

Do you print school magazines and newsletters too?

Yes — the same service covers termly school magazines and newsletters, stapled or glued spines, one-off or on a repeat schedule each term.
