How do you keep student data secure?
Your file is used solely to produce your mail-out, handled by machine, and securely deleted after the job unless you ask us to hold it for the next run. Only the people who need it to run your job touch it. Ask for our data-handling summary with your quote if your school or university requires it on file.
How fast can a report mail-out turn around?
With clean data and an approved template, a typical school report run is printed, enveloped and lodged within two to four business days. End-of-term peaks book out, so reserve your slot a couple of weeks ahead.
What postage discount can we expect?
Bulk lodgement with Australia Post is meaningfully cheaper than stamps — commonly 20–40% depending on volume, size and sorting. Your quote shows the postage line transparently, discount included.

What exactly can you do with our mailing data?

Can every letter be fully personalised?
Yes — variable-data printing means each piece can carry its own text, images, barcodes and QR codes: the student's name, their results, a payment reference, a scannable link. Personalised mail consistently out-performs generic, and we run the whole chain — merge, print, matched inserting, lodgement — so the right page always reaches the right person.
What if our address list is a mess?
That's normal, and it's why data clean-up is step one: we fix formatting, remove duplicates, validate addresses and flag undeliverable ones before anything prints — so you don't pay to post letters that can't arrive.
Can some go by email and some by post?
We handle the printed side. Most clients extract the ‘post only' segment from their system and send us that list — we're happy to advise on how to split it cleanly.
