Print and mail for TAFEs, colleges and training providers

  • Everything training prints: manuals, workbooks, certificates, course guides, signage
  • Everything it mails: results letters, fee statements and graduate mail-outs; merged, enveloped and bulk-lodged
  • Same spec, every intake; reorder in one email, versions controlled for compliance
  • Delivery split across campuses, training sites and employer partners, Australia-wide

Vocational education runs on repeat print and mail: the same workbook every intake, certificates after every completion, results letters at the end of every study period. The expensive part isn't the production; it's the chasing. So we remove it. Your specifications, versions and delivery addresses live on file; a reorder is one email with a quantity in it.

The printed side comes back to your campuses boxed and labelled by site. The mailed side goes out through Australia Post at bulk rates; results, statements and graduate invitations, merged from your completion data. From a single-campus private college to a multi-site RTO with employer partners, both halves run on a firm AUD price and a guaranteed date.

Why EduPress

Deadlines met, every detail handled

Education is all we do

Rolling intakes, study periods and compliance paperwork; vocational education's rhythm is one we already work to.

One point of contact

One person holds your specs, versions and site addresses on file, so a reorder is a single email with a quantity in it.

Guaranteed dates, in writing

Intake week doesn't wait; every quote includes a delivery date worked backwards from your calendar, campus by campus.

Bulk postage savings, passed on

Results letters and graduate mail are lodged in bulk with Australia Post, and the discount appears on your invoice, not in our margin.

Questions tafes & colleges ask us

Can you hold our specs and reprint the same manuals each intake?

Yes; this is our standard arrangement with RTOs and TAFEs. Specification, current version and delivery sites stay on file; you email a quantity, we confirm price and delivery date the same day.

How do you manage document versions for compliance?

Every reorder confirmation states the exact artwork version going to print, and superseded versions are locked. If your auditor asks what version students received in a given intake, your job history answers it.

Can certificates carry each graduate's name and unit codes?

Yes; send the completion export and we merge names, qualifications, unit codes and dates onto your certificate template. Faster and far cleaner than the office printer.

We deliver training at employer sites, can you ship there?

Yes; one print run can be split, boxed per site and delivered to any mix of campuses and employer locations across Australia.

Is short-run printing viable for small course cohorts?

Yes; digital printing makes 20–50 copies of a workbook routine and affordable. Price per copy sharpens with volume, but small cohorts are never locked out.

Can you help a new college starting from scratch?

Happily; we'll set up your stationery, course guides and certificates as a matched set, record the specs, and every future order stays consistent with the first.
