Print and mail for Australian schools

  • Everything the school year prints: yearbooks, packs, certificates, workbooks, newsletters, signage
  • Everything it mails: reports, letters and appeals; merged, enveloped and lodged with Australia Post
  • One point of contact; no juggling a printer, a mail house and a courier
  • Australia-wide, with bulk-postage discounts passed on to the school

School print and mail jobs land on people who already have a full-time job: office managers, admin staff and P&C volunteers. Our whole service is designed around that fact. You send a brief in plain English, get a firm AUD price and a guaranteed date within one business day, approve one proof, and it's handled.

Some jobs come back to you in boxes: yearbooks, certificates, enrolment packs, workbooks and fete signage. Others go straight out to letterboxes; semester reports, newsletters and fundraising appeals are merged from your data, enveloped by machine and lodged with Australia Post at bulk rates. Both halves run through the same person, the same quote and the same guaranteed date.

Why EduPress

Deadlines met, every detail handled

Education is all we do

We speak school terms, assembly dates and presentation nights, and we plan every job around them.

One point of contact

One person owns your job from quote to letterbox; no office manager left juggling a printer, a mail house and a courier.

Guaranteed dates, in writing

Presentation night can't move, so the delivery date is written into your quote and worked backwards from your event.

Bulk postage savings, passed on

Report and newsletter mail-outs are lodged in bulk with Australia Post; the postage discount lands on the school's invoice, not ours.

Questions schools ask us

Can you meet a hard deadline like presentation night?

Yes; deadline-critical jobs are quoted backwards from your date, and the delivery date is written into the quote itself. If a timeline genuinely can't be met, we say so before you commit, not after.

We're a small school, do you have minimums?

No punishing minimums. Fifty yearbooks, a few hundred report letters, one box of certificates; small runs are priced fairly thanks to digital printing.

Can a P&C or parent volunteer arrange printing with you?

Absolutely; a lot of yearbooks and fete jobs come to us from P&C volunteers. We keep everything in plain English and can invoice the P&C or the school, whichever suits.

How does mailing reports to parents work?

You export names, addresses and report PDFs (or a merge file) from your student system, we clean the list, print, envelope and lodge with Australia Post in bulk. Sensitive documents are machine-processed; nobody sits reading them.

Do we need print-ready files?

A print-ready PDF is ideal, but 'nearly right' is fine; upload what you have with your quote request and we'll check it for free and tell you exactly what, if anything, needs fixing.

How do Australia Post bulk discounts work for schools?

Mail sorted and lodged in bulk qualifies for discounted postage rates. We do the sorting and lodgement, and the discount appears on your quote; commonly 20–40% off stamp rates depending on volume.

What does it cost?

Every job is quoted in AUD with GST and fees included, within one business day, with quantity breaks shown so you can see where the price sharpens. No obligation, and quotes are held once accepted.
