What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, email, phone number, delivery location, job details and any files you upload. Our website host may also collect standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your quote, produce your job, arrange delivery or lodgement, invoice you, and communicate with you about your work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your details for third-party marketing.

Mailing data you supply for jobs

Address lists and personalised data files you supply (for example, for report or letter mailing) are used solely to produce your mail-out. Access is limited to the people required to run your job, files are handled by machine wherever possible, and data is securely deleted after completion unless you ask us to retain it for a future run.

Service providers

We share information with trusted service providers only as needed to deliver your job — for example, production, delivery and lodgement providers (including Australia Post for mail lodgement) and our website and email hosting providers. Providers are required to handle your information securely and only for the purpose we engage them for.

Storage and security

Information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. Uploaded artwork and data files are retained only as long as needed for the job and reasonable record-keeping, then deleted.

Access and correction

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us through the quote form on any page. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll respond promptly. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
