Can you include items we supply, like merchandise?
Yes — send us your lanyards, USBs or supplier merchandise and we'll add them to the assembly line alongside the printed components. One finished pack, whatever's in it.
How do you make sure every pack is complete?
Packs are assembled in a fixed collation order with counts checked at each station, then a sample audit before boxing. Missing-item packs are the failure we design the whole process against.
Can packs be personalised per student?
Yes — a personalised welcome letter or enrolment checklist can be merged from your list and matched into the right pack. Popular for university offers and independent-school enrolments.
What's the lead time for a thousand packs?
Allow two to three weeks from approved artwork for print plus assembly. More components means more time, so share your insert list early and we'll map the schedule to your event date.
What kinds of packs and contents can you handle?
Just about anything that fits in a folder, bag or box: enrolment and information packs, orientation kits, open-day show bags, presentation packs and folders, alumni and membership packs, training and sample packs. Contents can mix printed pieces with items you supply — display cards, posters, merchandise — collated in exact order and hand-assembled where items are delicate or odd-shaped.
Do you offer ongoing warehousing of pack stock?
We focus on print and mail projects, not ongoing warehousing. We'll produce and deliver your full run — storage between intakes stays with you.
